Terms of Service
We, Wooster's Dry Cleaners (“Wooster's”), are pleased to provide laundry, dry cleaning and associated services to you (“you” or the “customer”), subject to your compliance with and acceptance of the terms and conditions set forth below. Your use of Wooster's service indicates your agreement to be bound by the terms and conditions contained herein. If you do not so agree, you should inform us and cease using the service immediately.

General Provisions

Wooster's reserves the right to refuse to clean any garment. Wooster's does not guarantee the removal of all stains. Wooster's is not responsible for loss of or damage to any personal or non-cleanable items left in any clothing or laundry bags such as money, jewellery, or any other item. The customer agrees not to leave such items in its clothing or in its laundry bags. We cannot hold unclaimed garments for more than 1 month. You acknowledge that unclaimed garments may become stained due to humidity or other reasons and accept that Wooster's will not be responsible in such circumstances. Any re-cleaning required will be at the customer's cost and expense. All sales are final and all payments are non-refundable. Wooster's reserves the right to charge balances of previously approved payments/services to the customer’s credit card on file.

Damage Policy

Wooster's will use reasonable efforts to maintain a high quality cleaning service. Wooster's accepts no liability for damage due to normal cleaning of items without care instructions, and accepts no liability for items treated in accordance with the care labels or other instructions provided. Wooster's accepts no liability for “special care” items, that include special attention, to be cleaned or that do not have care instructions. Wooster's is not responsible for bleeding, fading, shrinking, or otherwise changing of clothing as a result of normal washing procedures. Precautions will be taken to alleviate these problems if possible. Wooster's is not liable or responsible for lost or damaged items after collection or delivery. The customer is responsible for inspecting returned items before accepting them.

Damaged Items Reimbursement Policy

Any reimbursement shall not exceed the lower amount of the following:
• Five (5) times our charge for cleaning or pressing the item; regardless of brand or condition
• With an original receipt and proof of payment, replacement value of the garment(s) as follows: 100% if purchase made under 30 days, 50% from 31-120 days and 25% after 1 year of purchase.

Wooster's is not liable for reimbursing new items purchased by the customer to replace lost or damaged items.

Refunds
​
Wooster's shall have no obligation to refund any amounts paid by the customer, but it may choose to do so in its sole and absolute discretion.
